Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Anonymous Function LLC ("Paritai," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Paritai web application.

1. Scope and HIPAA Context

Paritai serves healthcare organizations and providers. Depending on how Paritai is configured and used, information handled in the platform may include Protected Health Information (PHI). When Paritai processes PHI on behalf of a covered entity or business associate customer, processing is governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and HIPAA obligations.

If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and an executed BAA, the BAA controls for PHI processing.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account and identity data (name, email, organization, role, authentication data).
  • Configuration data (payer setup, workflow preferences, non-sensitive profile settings).
  • Customer-submitted content, including claim/denial materials and supporting documents.
  • Usage telemetry (logs, diagnostics, device/browser metadata, feature interactions).
  • Billing information processed through payment providers (for example, Stripe).

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve Paritai services.
  • Perform claim-validation and denial-recovery workflows requested by customers.
  • Support customer onboarding, technical support, and service communications.
  • Monitor reliability, detect abuse/fraud, and enforce contractual terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

4. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

Where required by law, we process information based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent, and other lawful bases recognized in applicable privacy laws.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information:

  • To subprocessors/service providers under contractual confidentiality and security controls.
  • To payment processors for billing operations.
  • To comply with lawful requests, court orders, or legal obligations.
  • To protect rights, security, and integrity of Paritai, customers, or others.
  • In a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer with lawful safeguards.

6. AI and Third-Party Processing

Paritai may use third-party infrastructure and AI service providers as part of customer-requested workflows. Customer PHI processing is subject to required contractual and compliance controls (including BAA requirements, where applicable) before production PHI workloads are enabled.

7. Security Safeguards

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, encryption-at-rest controls, logging, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is fully risk-free, and customers are responsible for secure usage practices within their organizations.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category, regulatory requirements, and customer agreements (including BAA requirements).

9. Customer and Individual Rights

Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information as permitted by law and contract. For PHI-related rights requests, covered entity customers generally remain the primary contact for data subjects.

10. International and State Privacy Disclosures

Paritai may process data in the United States. Additional rights may apply under state or international privacy frameworks. We will honor applicable rights requests as required by law.

11. Children's Privacy

Paritai is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through consumer-facing workflows.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
